Not true. Don't ya know Finding Nemo was inspired by a true story. uu-hm *nods head* really, in fakt most movies these days are "inspired" or "based" on "true" stories. Movie companies do this to help educate the public through entertainment, obviously, what other reason would there be?, seriously, I can't think of one,......... not a single alternative possibility.

Well, I guess that answers the second question I had concerning the infamous blue shell.
I do hope Ninty does something about these in the next MK (like nerfing them).

Saddest anime/cartoon moment IMO is from Trigun when Meryl and Vash are sitting on a ledge at night and she sings the old folksong/lullaby to him don't remember the specifics, I just recall it being really sad.

Hey BTW speaking of the banana family, don't buy "red bananas". I saw them in the store and thought what the heck. So I bought 2 bunches. I think they're supposed to cooked (?like plantains?) because they don't seem edible when raw ::YUCK::. They taste like the greenest banana x10, instant cotten-mouth.

Lets call the whole thing off.
I was referring to what MattCrafty said not what PaLaDiN said except some of what he said also this post isn't in response to what I said but I did want it to make reference to what I said so it is in spirit a response to what I said and in response to what you said but not in response to what Hostile Creation said except before.

(edit): sorry a typo made it so this didn't make any sense but I fixed it so now this makes sense.

Hostile Creation, I think mouse_clicker is referring to the fact that some TVs don't totaly mute when on mute. I too had a TV once that could just barely be heard when on mute. Of course there's a good chance that Nintendo does give one special powers or that mouse clicker's TV does in fact totaly mute and he's just insane

Ok since no one mentioned the biggest difference between the new and old model type of the SNES I will, no eject button. Not really a big difference between the two unless you consider all the SNES consoles stupid kids must have broke pulling cartridges out without actually using the eject button. At least that's what I assume because later in the SNES's life it's cartridges changed to what it would appear a new design to help prevent the breaking of the eject lever. But like I said, I'm just assuming this.

Yes I get this too and I DO have a pop-up blocker(google tool bar). I clicked on it and it's safe because an other pop-up comes up which resembles a more traditional download window which lists all the great features one can get. Unfortunately this probably means it's a legitimate ad and the continual pop-uping is an error.

Updating it by Windows Update may solve the problem temporarily, but in the long term Firefox is a brilliant alternative - its really like comparing an umbrella to a bomb shelther for protection.

I keep Windows, IE, and my antivirus(McAfee) up to date. Though I could upgrade my AV engine I guess(4.0.70 / 4.1.60) doesn't seem necessary without a full numerical change though.

Also I've submitted this thread to both Spybot & Adaware, I guess I should submit it to McAfee too.

Lastly thanx for all the replies thus far.

It sounds good to me, I just don't understand why this hasn't been done before? I guess it's like what Ian Sane said, "in theory" it sounds good. If it does turn out I'll probably get the game.

See Ian Sane bold doesn't =angry

Everyone knows what we're talking about, you know when you go to a store and up by the counter there's a rack a impulse items and among those items are packages of multicolored tape and you think to yourself "that could be useful" and not knowing anything about hardware buy the tape only to find that the novelty of the colors is in fact the only useful thing about the "tape" because it barely sticks to anything let alone holds anything together.
I know so much about the colored tape because my dumb friend *clears throat* bought some.

When I click on "Internet Options" I get this
Quote

Restrictions

    This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

Funny, I though I was the "system administrator" for my signle user PC.? I've had this problem for a while now and have made efforts to right my situation but alas I'm too dumb and Microsoft seems keen to have me suffer.
Im running win98SE(I keep win up to date).
I keep IE up to date also.
I have downloaded spyware/scumware in the past and have yet to completely purge it from my system(I'm sure there's a good chance that this has something to do with it).
I guess this is a two part question, second part being> how do I get scumware off my system. (scumware problem>When I right click on an internet window I get this great option
Quote

>>> FREE PORN GALLERIES <<<

also when I right click on some program icons I get this option
Quote

javascript:{document.location='http ://  www  .sexmaxx.com/freegalleries.htm';}

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I fear my tinkering is only making my problems worse

EDIT: spaces were added to dehyperlink the trashy link. But feel free to remove the spaces and use the link to get your own unremoveable scumware, CHILDREN WHO MAY BE READING THIS, THIS MEANS DON'T!

RE-EDIT:Ok spoiler text added, that's the best I can do. I need the broken address there for reference.

me=22yoa.

That being said it's probably not a good sign to diss everyone at PGC for one of your first posts and then upload an oversized avatar, I wish I would have read this thread before I PMed you about your avatar size, I was trying to help you to not look like an idiot but despite my best efforts, you've succeeded.

Also most of  the regulars that are yonger than me are easialy more mature than I am(not that that's saying much), just pointing out that age isn't always a good indicater of maturity.

I think I also did the same thing on DK Mountain, but I'm not as sure about that one.

Who, me?

Sorry if I sounded that way.  I'm actually the complete opposite of that.  Handhelds are keeping 2D alive, and soon there will be nothing left.  Sony announced the PSP, a 3D portable, and now just to keep control of the market Nintendo will have to do the same.  I DON'T want to see 3D on a handheld, ever.  The best games ever were on the NES and SNES and I don't want to see games like those die, even though it's inevitable.

I too want to see 2D kept alive and I think Nintendo is thinking along the same lines. Maybe the NDS line will be 3D but the GB line will(hopefully) stay 2D and that's why Nintendo won't let the DS replace the GB. Just think of the GB of the future, it will play 2D games on a materiel like that new pliable display that's been developed, while the DS will play 3D games on a more "bulky" handheld design.
