We're just hibernating until Boxing Day.
Black Friday has become more of an event in Canada in recent years, and some retailers are electing to go a little more in this year. There's not as many options for Canadians, but there may be some deals to be had for the Canadian Nintendo player.
Best Buy is quite heavily moving on the Nintendo end: the big deal is $15 off Mario 3DS titles - 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, New Super Mario Bros 2, and Mario and Luigi Paper Jam. Skylanders Imaginators will be $49.99 with Sensei figures $5 off, Lego Dimensions starter kits will be $69.99 with $5 off fun packs, while amiibo will be "up to $10" with the Animal Crossing 3-pack listed. Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be $39.99 for Wii U and $24.99 on 3DS.
EB Games will be selling Amiibo 3-packs for $20 off, and including a free Wii U Nintendo Select (of the year's first batch) with the purchase of a Wii Remote. Lego games will be on sale, including Dimensions at $69.99 and the three types of packs on for $9.99 (fun), $16.99 (team) and $19.99 (level) respectively.
For those looking to start a toys-to-life habit in Canada, the best bet may be Walmart: they have Skylanders Imaginators and Lego Dimensions starters in a $49.96 game list.
As with the US, Amazon will likely list its deals as they kick off.
