Note: To unlock the Expert Extra levels, you must beat all fifty Expert levels without continuing. Since you have extra lives this time, you should try and get any bananas that are easy to get. Also, avoid taking major shortcuts if it means skipping a lot of easy bananas. Use the game's practice mode to brush up on difficult levels (7, 17, 18, 21, 22, 28, 33, 36, 41, 48 and 50 are the ones to worry about). You should also practice the warps from level two to five and especially 42 to 44 (level 43 is not nice). Again, I suggest playing at least two Monkeys's at the same time to reduce the pressure a bit.

Expert Extra 01

As far as I can tell, this level is exactly like Beginner and Advanced Extra 01. In any case, the same strategy works just as well here. Treat the platforms as one long angled platform and you can zip right across.

Challenge: Get all of the bananas and beat the level.

Expert Extra 02

When you start the level, move directly forward to "angle" across to the adjacent platform. Now turn 45º to the right and start moving forward one platform at a time. When you reach a hole, you'll have to quickly angle one platform to the left so that you can move forward onto a safe platform. Now you should be at the far end. Simply turn left and take the platforms one at a time until you reach the goal (with about 2 seconds left).

Challenge: Beat the level in ten seconds or less.

Expert Extra 03

This is like Beginner and Advanced Extra 02 but with the meanest goal of all. This stay at the starting point again. Wait for the timer to reach about 23 seconds then run for it. You should be entering the goal from the front this time (the side with the numbers).

Expert Extra 04

You can use your map and ride the Ferris wheel around until the goal is next to your platform. Sometimes it's hard to see though. I prefer to blitz this level. Roll forward to the first platform and turn left to jump down to the second platform. From here you should be able to bounce right down to the goal platform, and break the ribbon in less than five seconds.

Expert Extra 05

Push forward a split second after the timer hits twenty-eight. Pick up the bananas then aim for the falling goal. If you timed it right you'll go right in. An easier way is to go around from the left side of the level and jump into a goal before it's dropped. If you make it to the end of the platform on the right, then wait for the timer to hit twelve before running and you should jump right into a goal (try to aim for the goal a little too).

Expert Extra 06

This level is more fun than difficult. Just roll into the tube and spin the control stick in time with the arrows to make sure you get all the way through the tube. It usually spits you out right in front of the goal, however you land in the hole every once in a while.

Expert Extra 07

When the platform extends, roll onto one of the orange discs and wait. When it closes up, roll across the orange circles until you reach the other side. Now wait for it to extend you right next to the goal (just in the nick of time).

Challenge: Can you get all of the bananas and make it to the goal? I can't.

Expert Extra 08

This is apparently exactly like Beginner Extra 03 and Advanced Extra 04. Try to keep a non-reflective part of the level in your view at all times to keep from being dazzled by the pretty reflection. This level isn't all that hard once you get used to the reflection. The multiplayer version has no reflection making it very easy.

Challenge: Get all of the bananas and beat the level.

Expert Extra 09

Turn left 45º, and move forward along the left edge. Slow down as you reach the end. Now turn to the right and aim for the middle of the platform but slow down. Creep to the very edge as slowly as possible. When you're maybe half a disco tile from falling off push forward at full speed. Aim for the center of the platforms. If you do it correctly, you will bounce on the first three platforms, over the fourth, onto the fifth and over the fifth and sixth to land right in the goal. If there were an easier way to consistently beat this level, I'd love to hear it. This is the most difficult Expert Extra level.

Challenge: Come up with an easier way to beat the level then email me :) Of course, now that I've unlocked the Master levels, I don't really need it.

Expert Extra 10

The hammer level. This level can kill you in an instant if you're not careful, but it isn't really that difficult. Then again, I got to this level without continuing once only to lose my last life. Be careful. Basically, you want to follow the hammer around the board counting the hits as you go. After the sixth hit you'll have to enter the goal quickly before that is knocked out as well. Don't forget to count the hits. If you lose count, trying to look at how many discs are left is a great way to get nailed by the hammer (or a disc).

Congratulations on unlocking and beating the Expert Extra levels! Now that you've come this far, it's a simple matter of mastering the fairly easy Expert Extra levels and you should be able to unlock the final ten levels of the game: Master mode. Don't let your skills wear down without unlocking these spectacular levels.
