We started this feature in early 2009 as a way for the Radio Free Nintendo crew to play a game together and discuss it on the podcast. It's also an excuse to play older games we might have missed, and to enhance listener interaction.The idea is pretty simple: we come up with a list of nominees, and you vote for which one to be played. Whichever game wins the poll, the RFN crew will play it and devote at least one podcast segment to discussing the game. We also highly encourage our listeners to play the game and discuss it with us and each other in a special forum thread. The best comments from that thread will be read on the show to help spur the discussion.

This is our 13th RetroActive; the last few have focused on particular platforms, and this one is devoted to Game Boy Advance. Be sure to check past episodes of RFN to hear us discuss the listeners' choice games for NES, Genesis, Game Boy, and more. And if your favorite game doesn't win this time, it may come around again in our next Second Chance poll.
