See video of Prince's eye-popping (and throat-slashing) return.
Ubisoft's official Prince of Persia 2 website has updated with the game's E3 trailer. The sequel is much darker and more violent than its predecessor, as the movie shows. Unfortunately, the trailer contains no gameplay footage, but the CG movie should give you an idea of what to expect from the game. We've mirrored the file on our media server, in case the official site gets bogged down with traffic.

Nintendo is stopping game pirates in record numbers, but there are still too many to stop.
China has always been a hotspot for videogame piracy. Even though the largest markets for videogames has always been Japan, North American and Europe, the 1.3 billion or so population of China has gone relatively untapped, almost exclusively in part to the piracy of games, movies and other entertainment media.

The Nintendo president will soon head Down Under to investigate Nintendo's poor performance, among other things.
Satoru Iwata has never been to Australia, but he soon means to fix that. Before the end of the year, he'll make the trip to the island nation to find out exactly why the GameCube is so far behind the Xbox and PlayStation 2 in the region, moreso than any other part of the world.
"First of all, I am most sorry that the GameCube's performance is bad in Australia among any area in the world," he says.

Here it is, the hidden footage Metroid fans have been waiting for.
You may have seen the E3 footage of Samus wall-jumping back and forth through a vertical corridor. What you probably haven't seen is the other Screw Attack footage, the one proving that this famous move can indeed be used anywhere in the game, and that it even includes (or can be combined with) a new Space Jump, which lets Samus literally fly.

Well, well, look at this little guy.
Famitu's website has published the above screenshot from Pikmin 2, clearly showing one of the game's enemies with a Pikmin-like leaf growing from its head. Though we are waiting for a detailed translation, the surrounding text makes it clear that this creature is friendly and can be used to carry items and attack enemies, just like a Pikmin. We'll update this article once we know more about how to acquire this most unusual companion.

The tale of King Arthur is based on fact...at least according to the upcoming movie and Konami's game adaptation, which will be released on GameCube as well as other platforms. The game looks to be very similar to EA's Lord of the Rings action games, as you can see in the trailer.
