EA's CEO doesn't think the $60 game is going to fly with consumers much longer.

John Riccitiello, CEO of Electronic Arts, thinks that the video game industry will be damaged if leading companies don't change with the times.

Talking with Fortune Magazine, Riccitiello believes that paying a premium price for games is a business model that won't be around next decade. Because of the advent of online game distribution, he said EA will be experimenting with new pricing models.

Nintendo's holiday blockbuster is now playable at GameStop and other game stores in the U.S.

It's normal for Nintendo to put playable demos of its games at retail demo kiosks, but we thought it was worth a special mention for Super Mario Galaxy. The game is now playable at your local game store (including GameStop and EB Games stores nationwide), over two weeks before its release date of November 12th.

Sega's anticipated sequel finally has its own home on the web.

The offical website for Sega's NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams has gone live. Gamers looking forward to the sequel to the Dreamcast classic will currently find information about the game's features and story, as well as screenshots and videos.
