What Color would retail chain Target want for a Game Boy Advance?

Just in time for the Holidays, Target has a new special edition Red Game Boy Advance available in US Stores.

Dubbed "Exclusive Target Red," this new GBA is available now for $69.99.

Following last week's Zelda announcement, the big news this week is the

announcement of 5 new Capcom games for the GameCube. The magazine includes

a DVD featuring trailers from Biohazard 0, Biohazard 4, Killer 7, Viewtiful

Joe, and Dead Phoenix. According to the magazine, P.N.03 will be the first

Win one of those fancy home theater-type prize packages (and GameCube stuff), because Metroid Prime deserves to be played that way.

Nintendo revealed it’s financials today, which were lower due to high yen, and weak demand for consoles.

Nintendo’s profits fell 44.8%, and they lost 29 billion yen ($236.4 million) in losses on foreign currency assets.

Operating profit shrank 45.5% due to the GameCube price cut in the US and Japan, Senior Managing Director Yoshihiro Mori announced in a news conference.

UPDATED: Sega returns to profitability, but may halt development of sports games for GameCube.

Sega earned $8.3 million (1.01 billion yen) in the six months through September in contrast to a loss of 20.87 billion yen in the first half a year ago.

Sales totaled $777 million (95.1 billion yen), down nearly 3 percent from 97.8 billion yen a year ago. Sales dropped 36 percent overseas, although sales in Japan edged up 6 percent.

Releasing Spring 2003 (March) in Japan, May 2003 in the US.

Approximately 5000 Yen (around $49.99 USD)

Sits under the GameCube and plugs into the High Speed Parallel Port

Nintendo's marketing plans for Europe this Christmas and a few release dates for next year, including Metroid Prime.

Today a number of release dates were announced for high profile titles in 2003. Firstly, Metroid Prime and Resident Evil 0 will be available from March 2003.

Don't shoot the messengers if your particular store still doesn't have it, but several of the Electronics Boutique and GameStop chain stores have managed to snag their shipment of Metroid Prime. Several more stores are reporting getting their shipments later tonight. The rest will have the game Tuesday.
