Ever since Justin Anderson got in touch to contribute to our latest batch of retail reports, I’ve kept up with him a bit. Last night, he got back in touch and I let him know the article was going up.

“So, I was thinking I had missed that article.....I look forward to reading it!!”

And I said that last one would be the last one. Guess I lied. Here’s a retail report hot outta the boot shaped country.

No sooner than I had posted the latest collection of retail reports, this email shot right into my inbox. Since I took forever getting up the last retail report I decided not to hesitate a minute and slap this puppy online.

A couple weeks back, Planet GAMECUBE was bombarded by reports from people who work in retail. It all started when a PGC reader called SillyMrMan mailed in some NGC pre-order posters. This story was followed by a report from Crazed Rabbit... Which was followed by a collective retail report compiled by many retailers and volunteer reader reporters. It turned out to be quite informative!

Nintendo's original mascot character, D.Kong will be making an E3 appearence.

Although there have been whispers of a Donkey Kong game for GameCube before, it seems that the big ape may be making some kind of appearance at E3. At least, that’s what he latest Rolling Stone magazine revealed in an interview with Perrin Kaplan.

Dinosaur Planet for N64 has been cancelled but is coming to Cube and getting a complete makeover. Rumors have suggested it could re-emerge as a Star Fox game. Louie breaks it on down.

Dinosaur Planet is coming to the NGC and is getting a complete makeover. It is also possibly going to become a game called “Star Fox Adventures” featuring Fox McCloud & other characters from Miyamoto's Star Fox series.

Nuby Interactive has announced a full line of accessories in preparation for the U.S. GBA launch.

Longtime peripheral company Nuby announced its plans for the Game Boy Advance, which will essentially extend its “Cobra” line, currently being utilized on Game Boy Color.

``We have seen such a tremendous response to the current Cobra theme that we are carrying it over to our Game Boy Advance line, where we expect similar, if not better, results,'' remarked Paul Chen, vice president of sales and marketing.

Telegames has revealed JV Games' FPS for GBA. Third time's the charm....

Telegames and JV Games has announced the third FPS for the handheld. Although somewhat remnicent of Doom, this title seems quite promising--it even has textured ceilings and floors (despite what other developers say.) The atmosphere is quite refreshing, too--instead of hailfire and brimstone, this game seems to have more of a sci-fi feel to it. Go over to IGNpocket if you want some pictures of the baby in action.

If you needed any more reason to believe they've moved to Gamecube ...

Electronics Boutique is returning pre-order monies for Eternal Darkness and Dinosaur Planet, saying that the games have b een cancelled.

However, it's been pretty well assumed that the games have just been moved to Gamecube, a fact that has seemingly eluded the retailers.

While our contacts refuse to confirm that either title is now slated for Gamecube, we've got it on pretty good authority that this is, indeed, the case.

Midway is brining its hard hitting sports titles to the GameCube(for launch!) and GameBoy Advance.

Midway announced today that they will have 9 GameCube titles out. But only 2 of these 9 will be available at the system launch. The two titles are NFL Blitz 2002 and NHL Hitz 2002. You've probably heard of Blitz before. It's a hard hitting intense football game. It's more of a game than a football "sim" like Madden is.

Did anyone have any doubts that Rogue Squadron 2 would be playable at E³? Well how about another Star Wars title?
