What did one mini-game say to the other mini-game?

Hudson revealed their newest Wii game, entitled "O-warai Party Game 100 Bakusho!", at last week's Jump Festa in Tokyo, Japan. Loosely translated, this means "Funny Party Game 100 Roaring Laughter".

Nintendo Registers European Trademark for WiiRelax Wii

Nintendo has filed another interesting trademark, this time with The Trade Marks and Designs Registration Office of the European Union. The December 17 filing is for something called "WiiRelax".

The Sky Crawlers To Retail for $29.99 Wii

Xseed's upcoming air combat game for Wii is coming out on January 12, featuring an innovative control scheme and reversible box art.

Xseed's The Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces, a Wii-exclusive title, is heading to stores on January 12 for a retail price of $29.99.

The Project ACES team, of Ace Combat fame, is developing the title, which features a unique control scheme that has players use the Nunchuk as a flight control stick and the Wii Remote as the throttle.

Telltale Offers Free Monkey Island after Survey Completion Wii

Players who complete a WiiWare-based survey will receive episode two of the Tales of Monkey Island series. UPDATE: Offer has ended due to popular demand.

Telltale Games will be offering players the chance to receive a free episode of the Tales of Monkey Island series, "Episode 2: The Siege of Spinner Cay", after participating in a survey regarding WiiWare. Once players complete it they will receive a message containing Telltale Games' Wii friend code. When the code is registered, the episode is then gifted to the player.

New Details Revealed For Mega Man 10 Wii

Mega Man's sister is involved, and online rankings also make a return.

Famitsu has revealed a few new details about Mega Man 10.

What is already known is that the game's story features a computer virus called "Robotenza" which infects robots and causes them to go insane. A new wrinkle is that the virus infects Roll, Mega Man's sister. Mega Man is called upon to save both his sister and the city, which is under attack from infected robots.

Wii, Mario Pass Sales Milestones in Japan Wii

New sales figures show that Nintendo's flagship console and game are both selling incredibly well.

New sales figures reported by Famitsu show that Wii has sold over nine million units in Japan.

The site, whose data comes from Enterbrain, says that the total number of Wii consoles sold between launch and December 13 is 9,048,012. For comparison, the closest competitor is the Playstation 3 with 4,020,563 units sold.

Original DS Lite Had Bigger Screens DS

The original version of the DS Lite originally featured bigger screens.

In an "Iwata Asks" segment about the DSi LL, the team behind the latest version of the DS has confirmed that at one point, the original DS Lite design had bigger screens in addition to its brighter displays. The size of the screens was going to be 3.8 inches, bigger than the standard DS Lite screens but smaller than the DSi LL screens.

Ubisoft Reveals New Prince of Persia Wii

The Forgotten Sands is set between the events of The Sands of Time and Warrior Within.

Ubisoft has announced that Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands will be released in May 2010 for all gaming systems, Wii and DS included. Its story will take place between The Sands of Time and Warrior Within, presenting new characters and powers for the Prince. While visiting his brother's kingdom, the Prince discovers that the palace is under siege; he then embarks on a journey to save his brother's kingdom.

The unique DSiWare title will place players in the heat of the action.

Nintendo has announced a new DSiWare title called Fight with Photos: Photo Fighter X. The title features a unique concept that has players using the DSi cameras to take digital pictures of themselves and others in various fighting poses, and then adding them as playable fighting characters. Players can also record vocal and sound effects and store up to eight custom fighters.

With The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks about to be released in Japan, Nintendo will be featuring special Flip Note animations based on the Legend of Zelda as special promotion for the game's release.

Through a special Flip Note Hatena page, fans will be able to watch the first in a series if animated movies, "Sneaking for Treasure".
