Someone please give me a bat

If you placed some bad ju-ju upon us, and our video, please get the hell away from us and jump in front of a moving bus. One more quick video update.

We’ve been receiving a lot of e-mails, and I’ve been in very close contact with our good friends from Gaming Edge about the shipping of the E3 Videos. Yesterday I received my personal copy of the videos and CDs, and sat down and watched everything straight through. Let me tell you, even though this is late, it’s a great package. I laughed, cried, and then ran over to my GameCube and gave it a big hug. I don’t think anyone will be disappointed with the final product.

There are a few final problems we are working though. Our duplicator has duplicated Tape #1 incorrectly. They will be re-doing the tape 1 batch and shipping us the finals later this week. So there will be a delay of a couple of days. We’d rather send you the correct package instead of something faulty. You’ve waited this long, you might as well get what you ordered.

We know some of you have already been charged for your videos, and we apologize about that. Due to the fact that there were a lot of credit card problems on some of our customers ends (and now adding the duplicating fun hat mess up), processing orders took a lot longer than expected. Gaming Edge is doing everything in their power to get the video in your hands as soon as possible.

All in all, I don’t know how much more I can apologize for the delay in all of this. If we ever decide to do another video, it’ll be ready to ship before we even say anything about it. I thank you again for your patience. You’ll have your video packages very shortly.
