Solve crimes in a massive LEGO city with the Wii U GamePad.

LEGO City Undercover was presented today at Nintendo's E3 press conference.

The game has players solving crimes in an open-world LEGO city. The Wii U game pad plays an integral role in the story, as players can choose missions from around the city by dragging the map and tapping the game screen. The GamePad can also be used as a scanner to find hidden criminals.

The playable character can also choose several disguises for certain missions. The gameplay footage shown  also featured vehicles such as helicopters and cars. The character was able to perform parkour maneuvers around the city, such as swinging, jumping, and wall-running.

LEGO City was announced last year, but this is the first time any details were shown on the title.

Why did they change it from the original title of LEGO City Stories? Anyways, it sounds more interesting with details on the game. Not sure I will buy it though.
