Santa Monica, Calif.-based SongPro plans to launch a device for under $99 that will play digital music in various formats on Game Boy systems.

Following GameCube pricedrops around the world, Panasonic has finally dropped the price of the Panasonic GameCube/DVD player hybrid “Q” by 5000 yen, from 39,800 yen to 34,800—approximately $290 in U.S. Dollars.
