In an apparent goof, the ESRB Website has some information up (not much really) on two previously unknown games. First up is Zelda Universe. Is this the official (and very weird) name for the upcoming cel-shaded Zelda title? Is it even a GameCube game? What's with the universe tag?

Nintendo has recently listed some new titles on their website to get your mouth watering. Is this a prelude to E3? Is Nintendo running with rumors? Is Super Mario World X the official name of Super Mario Sunshine, or something else? We don't know what these titles mean, but check out the official container areas. PGC has learned that neither Square nor Enix will be showing GameCube or GBA titles of any type at E3 2002. Many people had hoped to see some early support from these two Japanese companies, both famous for RPGs, but it looks like fans will have to wait a bit longer.

You just can't go wrong with Tom Cruise on the GameCube. Activision drops the word that Treyarch will be developing the 3rd person adventure about Spielberg’s upcoming film “Minority Report".

I've gotten about 500 e-mails asking why the server has been slow for the past couple of days.

We're currently moving servers, as well as doing a lot of work on the backend of Planet GameCube. Images might not work or be missing, pages might not work, and the site will also be slow.

Sega of Japan has announced on their website that Pro Soccer Club Wo Tsukurou! Advance (Let’s Make a Pro Soccer Club Advance) will be making its way to the GBA by the end of the year in Japan. The GBA version will feature elements from the previous PlayStation and Dreamcast versions such as coaching, training, and managing the team plus some new extra features. The game will feature teams from J-League.

According to the N-Sider, Nintendo will announce at E3 that they are bringing three new games to the Game Boy Advance this summer and fall. The three titles are Magical Vacation, Super Mario Advance 3, and Fire Emblem Advance (tentative title). It is currently unknown if Nintendo will be releasing any more titles for the GBA, but it's a safe bet to say they will.

Nintendo is expecting record net profits for the second straight year.

Nintendo has lifted its net profit forecast today for the fiscal year that ended in March.

The new forecast is a net profit of USD $841 million, which is up from the USD $611 million forecast made in November.

Nintendo's previous record fiscal year (ending a year ago March) garnered Nintendo a profit of $738 million.
