Topic: Possibility of Golden Sun on DS?

I know there is a report of a GCN GS coming out, but I still hope more handheld versions will be made, theres just nothing like them, ya know? Anyway, what do you think are the chances that a new GS game will come out on the DS?

Maybe, maybe not. I think we'll definitely see RPGs on the DS, whether they're called Golden Sun or Final Fantasy or The Movie Game. Personally I don't think GS is that different from, say, Final Fantasy...

Yea, if I had to make that comparison I would say the same thing....the thing is "Golden Sun" has the word "gold" in it.
Really tho, Golden Sun 1 and 2 wasnt bad at all. It just doesnt compare to FF4 or FF6 (there are really few games that compare to FF6).

Well, it kinda was.
See, I dont know what this 'talc' is that you speak of, but I do know that gold is...well, gold.
And gold is usually good. Talc...reminds me of Talcum powder which for most people is not as good as gold.

So, I just take it for granted in a head to head comparison, anyone old enough to have played the SNES Final Fantasy games would not hesitate to say Golden Sun => p0wned by Final Fantasy.

But here you come, inferring Golden Sun is "gold" to Final Fantasy's "talc", thus flipping my world upside down!!!

Talc is a non-precious mineral, and on a "hardness" chart is the softest and most easily broken apart mineral...Basically, it's worthless

(And yes, the old FF games are boring compared to GS, imo)

I know you just didn't call me a newbie gamer...I've been gaming since '89 so I know what games I like and don't like...And I found and still find Final Fantasy games(amongst most RPGs) boring...
