Hey. I was wondering if somebody could help me with this. I'm in the sewers out side of that city that Zelos is from (I forget the name). I reached the second garbage compactor, made a block of garbage and started to push it along the pathway. I pushed it off the first corner and it fell down and hit the ground below, breaking apart. That's not the problem. The problem is that when I went back to the compactor, it wouldn't let me make another block.

When I stand in front of the compactor, no little 'examine' shows up in the corner of the screen. If I press 'a', nothing happens. It's as if the compactor is just a piece of scenery. The other compactor is like that too. Since no walkthroughs mention it, I think it might be a bug. If it is a bug (or if it's not) what do I do? I've tried saving it and turning it off, leaving the sewers, and even leaving the city altogether. Help, please!

Hmmm...The only (normal) thing that could prevent the compactor from working is having a usable block already compacted...But you claim that the block broke...But even if the block was still classified as "usable" it should have reset after leaving the sewers...If this is really a bug it truely is a cruel one... :\

The only thing I can recommend is to check and make sure that a usable block isn't already hiding somewhere...If that isn't the case you could give a shout to Namco at support@namco.com...But if it's a bug I fear you'll have to use a previous save(if you made one ;_;.)

I'll check for a usable block, even though I don't think there is one... I don't have a previous save, dammit. U__U. I will do that next time. Thank you for your help!

That happened to me as well. Bugged the crap out of me too. Luckily, I had saved not too long ago and just reloaded the game.

Ok, in my game, I have formed a pact with the spirits of: Fire, Water, Wind, Ice, Earth, and Lightning. Before I can form a pact with Luna and Aska, Zelos said to form a pact with the rest of the summon spirits, only, I don't know what other summon spirits are left besides Luna and Aska...Which one have I forgotten?

I think that you now have to form a pact with Shadow.

Another way to do this puzzle is to take the portal that is not protected by a guard (ie. has no guard patrolling it). Much, much easier.

I could have sworn I had to pass a guard or two on the way through the "maze"...*shrug*

In a cave on the southern side of the first island in Tethe'alla...You have to fly up slightly to get on the ledge...

im near the end of the game on disc 2 and i need a map or a walkthrough.. for the Derris-Kharlan anti gravity room puzzle, i cant seem to find the right way out please help me by scanning a stratigy guide page or a bitmap map of it or something

Now that school has started I havent been able to really play ToS (im so ashamed) very little or not at all. I've been wanting to post this question for a while.

You know those little shadow pieces? Well they follow me down the path but when I try to go farther down they stop following me and dissapear. Is there somewhere else I need to go? (Sorry if it's a little confusing)

Turn off the light right at the bottom of the first ramp with your Shadow Ring power...Then the shadow sprites will wait for you there...

No, it doesn't...But the game still looks great on a progressive screen tv anyway...
