This tradition has been running for several years, spawning all the month months of my monthly month signature - stuff your forum avatar/signature full of your favorite end boss, recount your favorite boss battles, etc. I'm chronicling the mayhem in my interweb journal, too.

<- This character, Dizzy, was hilariously created to be the ultra super cute anime ^___^ girl boss of Guilty Gear X. The creator, Daisuke Ishiwatari (the most insane game director this side of Itagaki) pretty much admitted in an interview that Dizzy was designed to be a hentai star (lol) and with any luck, I can finally have a creepier avatar than Bill.

Faust will be back in July. You can probably still get GGX for GBA for ten bucks. Keep your eyes open for GG Isuka in the arcades.
Anime makes you fat.

So, use this thread to announce your support of end boss month, let us know who your favorite end boss is. Maybe cook up some boss related wallpapers or icons or something, and share them!

Queen Slug for a Butt was the bestest best in the World because her arse was very big and there were certain sections of the final stage where you had to run around on her bottom. Because it was so big. I think it shot out spikes and things at one point. Must of eaten chilli.

I think Robotnik's the best, though. He's very fat, you see. He just sits in his badly designed machines and fats up the joint. He produces a VERY angry face when beaten!

I wanted to stick with my Paper Mario theme, so i'm bowsering it up in avatar land, 'cause he's an end boss and all.

The end boss that I love to hate the most though, would have to be the combo meal of Metal Sonic + Giant Robotnik + having no rings in Sonic 2. I still haven't beaten Robotnik, and i've been trying for 7 years now. ;__;

Also, lots of games have really cool end bosses. Some of them include Viewtiful Joe, Starfox Adventures, Majora's Mask, the Master Hand (from SSB/SSBM) and others that I can't remember! Yay for end boss month!

I will surely agree to play along. For my deed I present Deathtamoor, the final boss to Dragon Quest 6, or part of him, this is a cropped version, he has two hands floating to his right and left.

This was very, very hard. There was nothing good enough to depict the Nightmare from Link's Awakening, and while typical bosses like Bowser and Andross and Ganondorf are cool, I wanted to go with something a little more unique, something only in one game.

So Cackletta it is. Though looking for the Zelda boss I found some good midi music. I'd try one with Fawful in it, too, but there wouldn't be enough room.

I only chose inferno because I couldn't find any decent pics of really good end bosses. I did actually fully complete Soul Calibur 2 with all characters, costumes, modes and weapons. Completing weapon master once aint enough!
