Visiting Redmond WA, need help with Nintendo
« on: June 01, 2004, 04:53:19 PM »
I'm visiting Seattle this month and am interested in driving over to Redmond to visit Nintendo.  I'm wondering if they give tours at all, or if theres anything worth going their for other than seeing the building.  I remember when I was a kid they showed a store at their headquarters.  I haven't found anything that indicates there is tours and I'd really like to find out if it's worth visiting.  I'll share all the pics with you if you can find out thanks!

Well if nothing else, demand posters and other free stuff. When my Mum went to the Australian Nintendo HQ she got me a bunch of posters, like the full sized advertising ones which was pretty cool. But then NOA is far better than NAL, so errr I have no idea how you will fare there.
OUT OF DATE.

I don't believe they give out tours, unless you count ones for those that go to Digipen...The store that is inside is a discount store for Nintendo employees...

Yeah, just destroy an Xbox with a metal pipe out the front in full view of everyone. Then they'll let you in and you can go WHEEEEE and give Miyamoto a noogie.

Ask for free stuff, if they let you in at all

DrZ: NAL are a bunch of idiots. I'm sure they'd give you their limbs if you asked.
