i stopped by infinium labs here in sarasota, FL, i picked up a little info sheet on the console. i scanned both sides and here is the link to my yahoo briefcase i don't know if anyone cares, but infiniumlabs.com is supposed to relaunch may 10th

According to Gamesindustry.biz Infinium Labs is giving the Phantom away for free.

The best way I can think to explain it is like companies do with cell phones. ie. give the phone away for virtually nothing and make you sign up for a timed contract to use their games service, and charge you for the games seperately.

Yeah, a two year contract over 29$ a month.
