Haha yeah, but Termin8, when my limit runs out, which is 3 gigs btw, apparantly all that happens is my speed gets reduced to 20kb/s, which is still 5 times what dialup gets anyway! Mwahahahaahahahaah!

(US)  If anybody would like to read what I have done with the other two let me know and I'll put them up on my website and post them in the topic I made for my story july.

The kbps refers to the number of bits per second. Divide that by 8 to get the approximate amount of bytes.

So 56kbps is like 7,000 bytes per second, so when you take out transmission and parity bits, it's not so bad. About 6 kilobytes per second isn't bad. Especially when you thrash it with KaZaA and GetRight. And hog the phone line.

But cable will always win. *shakes fist at modem* Why are you so crippled??

Until I get some more work, or win the lottery, I'll have to put up with this.

Mario: No, Angel doesn't own. If anything, Buffy owns. Mmm, lesbians.

{Cowboy} That is a fine new Avatar you there Termin8. {/cowboy}

56k is not that bad. Atleast most of you live on the other side of the ditch where BB is far more wide spread and cheaper. Here we get a "No balls" versoin of BB which is only twice as fast as 56K but with marginally better lag. To get the full package, you start paying with blood. It eventually gets to your soul.

Ive told all my dumbass xbot/psyborg casual gheymers to watch it, i said it has xbox/ps2 games on it. Which is true of course, but wait til they see how awesome Nintendo really is! or something... *shrugs tail*

Ughh! Another game cancelled for the Gamecube in Australia. Apparently AFL Live 2004 wont be coming out on GC. Its still coming to PS2/XB and PC though. Oh well, i wasnt going to buy it anyway, but its still bad news.

Oh, and i REALLY want pokemon box for some obscure reason. I think about it every 5 minutes, its driving me crazy, POKEMON BOX! ARGH! I hope it gets released here, soon! POKEMON BOX! POKEMON BOX! POKEMON BOX! GOTTA CATCH THEM ALL!

Curse you EA. Where's the Cube support?
And they said they'd make sure it would be on the Cube too.

And it's not xbot, it's xbawx, y'all.

And Pokemon Box?? WTF? Dude, it's a box, filled with, ah, Pokemon.

Hooray for F-Zero GX (or whatever they put on the end of it this time) getting here soon.

And September is when I officially get another year older, and get my full license. Yay!

MIssed Control Freaks/
Was it good?

I remember EA cancelled AFL 2003 so they could just simply make 2004 for Gamecube. So what the f**k's goin on?

And Mario: I think you should get reaquainted with something called sleep. I know you've got cable and all (evryone look at the times of his posts above), but you'll go insane. For real.
Haha
September is till a very long way away, but I can't wait for F-Zero GX either.

Control Freaks was okay. They had a half decent review of Zelda: WW, then had a bit of news saying PS2 and Xbawx had dropped to $329, but then (thankfully) said that although the GC is still $329, it comes with a free GBP.

Ummm, what else.... A demented feature of Australian game development, a cool-ish review of Ty The Tasmanian Tiger, a hilarious review of Midnight CLub II. They stated it was on both PS2 and GameCube. When it's NOT on GC at all, it should of been Xbawx there

They reviewed Monkey Ball Jr and Golden Sun II on GBA (via the GBP)
Did a crap retro look at WipEout, neglecting to say it was on both PSone and Saturn.

And um, yeah. Oh yeah, they had a review of NBA Street II... And some other sports games.

Sleep? Is that some sort of gaming peripheral?

Control Freaks was ok, i like the fact that EVERY game they had on the show was playable on GC, excepyt Midnight Club 2, but for some obscure reason they said it was, so yay! First it had Zelda the Wind Waker review, they said really good things about it, its the best zelda yet. They gave it a 5 for gameplay. Then they had Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, did anyone see the cutscenes in that?! Pretty awesome huh My dad did some of them Ermm.... oh yeah, they mentioned the Xbox and PS2 price cuts, and that Nintendo was staying strong by keeping the same price. They also mentioned the GBA player bundle too. They had some special with Australian game developers, and they kept showing some lame ass racing game with those weird cars, that pissed me off, it looked like the worst game ive ever seen. They reviewed NBA Street 2 They reviewed Midnight Club 2, and said it was on PS2 and Gamecube even though its not on Gamecube They reviewed Golden Sun the lost age and Super Monkey Ball Junior on the GB Player! Super Monkey ball looked awesome on gba! The graphics were very nice for a GBA game. Oh yeah! And at the end they showed short clips of Starfox Armada (no crap footage, only fmv! looked very nice), pokemon coluseum, 1080 and Giftpia!! and maybe some other stuff that im forgetting.

I want Pokemon Box because i can trade my pokemon from sapphire to it and then start a new file to catch all the pokemon! And also its a budget priced game and comes with a link cable and a memory card!
