i know what you mean. They gave us all one size too big, and the s**t thing was they didn't let us have nicknames or anything, only our bloody surnames as well. "This school is steeped in tradition and standards. Allowing our students to have names that may be offensive is to undermine the very tradition our school stands for." Damn headmaster.
The only guy that got a 'nickname' was my friend John, who's surname was 14  letter long, and obviously didn't fit te shirt. So he had to use his Polish name, Janek (Polish for John). Other than that, mine was a boring 'Pham'. Ugh! "Termin8Anakin", or "Termin8" would have been excellent, or my other name, "Spam", or something.

CUBE is actually a good mag. Their news is sometimes a little off, but the reviews and features are the meat, and they are tops. And now CUBE actually has the backing of Nintendo Australia, so it can't be all that bad (The Party Pack)!
This may mean that we get a FULLY Aussie CUBE mag, run by Aussies, and not Poms.

Used to be.  I haven't watched wrestling since November 2001.  It got to a point where I got sick of it, was bitching about who they were pushing and who was being under used, realised it wasn't worth getting angry about, and haven't watched since.  About Kurt Angle.  He has been one of my favourite wrestlers since he debuted in 1999.  Awesome in the ring and funny as hell (it's true, it's true).  Shortly after he won 2000 King of the Ring, I registered the hotmail email account.  And the thing I like about wrestling is ACTUAL wrestling, not the crap they show nowadays.  *sign*

Fear not!  So did I.  Well, in most of my classes.  I still have the habit of looking out the window and day dream.  And exams are overrated.  I can't tell you guys how many exams I've had.

Note: SPIRITED AWAY comes out tomorrow!  I can't wait.  YES!  YES!  YES! *giggles like a school girl*  (although I won't have time to watch it till after my exams on Thursday)

I love my school jumper - I wear it like a caveman wears his latest slaying or something like that.
I would have loved to have "Shifty" across mine, but for some reason the people arranging it were idiots.

We had Christian Education in Year 12, but towards the end of the year that became a bludge lesson so we just did whatever we liked.
Me, others: "Hey. We're going now."
Teacher: "Where are you going?"
Us: *shrug, walk out*

And that was it.
We'd go play basketball, kick the footy, go to other Year 12 classes, pretty much anything.
That's probably why these guys have been screwed around this year - we had free reign of the school and stuffed it up. Hah.

They lost their jumpers because we wore them when we were supposed to wear our blazers (most of the time).

PIAC: Go NOFX. Love those jumpers!
I'm looking out for a Less Than Jake jumper - I've seen them at their official store, but I'm not forking out for frieght! Bugger that!

And wasn't it Narayan (the Goldeneye lover himself) who defected to the dark side (PSM), and came back to Nintendo Gamer later? I think that's what happened...

yeah, i need more than just a NOFX jumper, lagwagon shirt (thats completely trashed) and a Millencolin one.

OHOH mum just got home, time to scan some photos

Steve O' Leary was the first editor for N64 Gamer. He was, uhh, meh.
Narayan was the best. He was the Goldeneye lover.

Come to think of it, everyone was a Goldeneye lover.

I loved the original crew cause they were pro-Nintendo only.
There was no "we have to be ethical and equal to all systems, each systems has its best games'.
It was all Nintendo baby. And the humour! Wow! Such great captions!
And where's Narayan with that "Where are they now?" special????

Fave caption:
Bert: Think anyone will see us up here?
Ernie: Nah. Did you bring the condoms this time?

HAHAHAHAHA!

The captions in the Basketball games were funny ass sh*t too.

Hmm, I think I have some old NMS mags. At least most of the N64 Gamer mags.
I'll go dust them off, and reminise (sp?) about those days.
*sigh*

And I'll laugh at the quotes - and maybe share a few. I could post pics too, meh, maybe.

Wish I had a scanner

I'd dig out issue 7 of NMS and scan the entire write up about "Project Reality". This was back in 1993, when they'd just gotten details of the N64 (Project Reality)

It's HILARIOUS to look back on now. They had as a FACT, this Project Reality would launch in 1994. The graphics chip would be produced by Silicon Graphics, Killer Instinct (the original) and Crusin' USA would launch with it. And in the same issue, they're talking about the Super CD add-on for the SNES, complete with pictures of the unit. The Super CD would launch with Super Mario Bros. 5.
WOW! I CAN'T WAIT!

Ahhhh, memories!

Hehehe, The Super CD wasn't given a release date, so I guess we'll have to wait!

Oh yeah, and after I posted that, I dug out my old mags and flipped through the lot, quickly. DID YOU KNOW REV LIMIT IS COMING OUT FOR PROJECT REALITY IN THE FUTURE! IT'LL BE BETTER THAN RIDGE RACER AND DAYTONA! OMG WEE! AND I CAN'T WAIT FOR FINAL FANTASY 7 ON ULTRA 64 (N64)! IT'S LOOKING BRILLIANT!

There's also some hilarious adverts to be seen. WOW! YOU CAN BUY THE 'FUTURE' TODAY! YES! THE PANASONIC 3DO! ONLY $1099 WITH GEX AND CRASH AND BURN! IT CAN ALSO PLAY THE "NEXT GENERATION" IN HOME ENTERTAINMENT... VCD'S! THAT'S AMAZING!

Whoa! One Thousand Ninty nine bucks a pop?
I remember Rev Limit. Shame really.
*sigh* Final Fantasy 7......*sighs*

And saw 2 Fast 2 Furious today.
F**king awesome.
The chase at the end, i reckon, was on par with the highway chase in Matrix Relaoded.

Am I the only one that got Spirited Away today?  OMG, the Limited Edition box is awesome!  It unfolds revealing 2 DVD disc and they blend in with the background art.  Awesome and worth the extra 10 bucks.  The extras on the second disc is good.  Over 20 minutes of Japanese trailers and TV shots (although some are almost the same)!

Extra $10 for the LE? Wha?

According to the junk mail I got today, Big W have the normal edition for $24.95 and the LE for $31.95. Not only that, but if you spend an extra $5, you get DBZ The 1st Movie on DVD! That little deal of joy starts Saturday. Quickly AiAi, return it and say it was faulty!

I get money tomorrow afternoon, weee! I'll be picking up Spirited Away on Saturday morning
