i heard about this game a while back but i havent anything for a while is this still coming out was it scapped? i hope not cause i loved the N64 one?? anyone got any info?

The game is being developer for the N5 by Factor 5- don't expect it for quite some time.

bummer.  that was one of the better titles on the 64.  it would have been a nice edition to the GC, which seems to have a serious shortage of flying games.

speaking of flying games, how about a real Star Fox game??

is teh other one just a figment of our collective imaginations? oh hay, if you're wanting a good flying game and own teh PS2, check out Sky Odyssey, it's pretty cheap too and unloved, so yeah good hunting

oh, was Factor 5 the confirmed developer? i thought that was just some wacky rumour.

The Factor 5/Pilotwings tie is still a rumor at this point...(though it's likely)

I think the only thing it lacks at this point is word from Nintendo itself- I'm sure you can bank on Factor 5 making Pilotwings.

I'm pretty sure that IGN confirmed that factor5 will be the developer around E3 last year. I think a lot of people missed it because of all the new info and impressions on games that were at E3.  Heres the actual confirmation from IGN

id have to buy a PS2 first.  it's fairly dreadful that GC has not one flight sim or even an arcade flight game in it's roster

Um there is freaky flyers of something like that, it looked like a Diddy kong racing type of game but only with planes
