Attention Owners of Midway's Arcade Treasures (GC)

If you have Midway's Arcade Treasures for GameCube, I have a question for you.  If you do not have it, please do not post in this thread.  (Then go out and buy it for $20).

Is the audio out of sync in the copy you have?  For me, all the audio in the game seems to be a half second/full second out of syncronization in the menus and the games, and I want to verify if this is happening for everyone else's copies as well before I review it.

I have not experienced any sort of audio problems with Midway Arcade Treasures...Do you have your GameCube audio hooked-up to a receiver or are you listening to the audio through your TV? I do sometimes notice a delay between the audio on the TV and the receiver (with the receiver being on-time and the TV being a fraction of a second behind, creating a reverb effect).

In an unrelated, related question...Has anyone experienced audio problems with True Crime: Streets Of L.A.? I get an annoying amount of static over a few of the songs during menus and driving sections of the game. The static is loud enough to drown out most of the song, but all of the other audio (speech, sound effects, etc.) seem to play fine throughout the entire game.

As far as I know the sound seems to be pretty dead on.  However I never played most of the games in the arcade so I probably wouldn't be able to tell if the sound was a little off.  It's not like this game has lip sync or anything.  How bad is it for you?  Is it something only hardcore arcade nuts would notice or is it like you kill something in Defender and then hear the explosion sound a full second later?

No, this is an obvious sound desync.  Go into the any interviews second and you should notice that the lips aren't moving exactly in tune with the sound.  The most obvious way to check the if the sound is off or not is to go into Klax, start a game, and hold down.  You'll see the tiles sliding down, but won't hear the sliding sound until a bit after the fact.

My sound is spot on.  You must have a defective copy.
