I was in the mood for a rant, but then I realised it wasn't a "The Rock" website.

*puts down axe*
Let me give you my Web Site 101 ideas.
1. Maybe you could sort out a format for your website, because its kinda all over the place. Using a program like Frontpage can do this for you, but setting up frames would be easier to code.
Example: The CD reviews page has the nice intro with the pictures down the side, but when you click a letter, the pics disappear.
2. Also, the colour scheme could be more easier on the eyes, or more powerful than blue text on black. Again, HTML programs will set standards for text and links, its just a matter of finding a colour scheme that works for you.
3. Your movie reviews do not link to anything.
What are you doing to design this, out of curiosity? I'm a fan of old-fashion text editing, but using something like Frontpage, combined with understanding what it produces, can make a task like this a lot easier.
A good start, keep working at it, and you should get some contributions from others in time.
