Has Nintendo announed a GC Fire Emblem?

i am just wondering this because i have been playing the series for a long time on my emulator, and i bought the gba cart. so i was just curious if they hav said anything thanks.

Rumors say it was green-lighted, but I don't believe it's been officially announced by Ninty...
