Anyone here play Battlefield 1942?
« on: October 21, 2003, 07:40:32 AM »
I play it often, but not much online (not until I get a better net connection. Moving sucks.) recently. Stalingrad and Wake Island tie as my favirote maps. Favirote vehicle is the Junker 88 in the Battle of Britain map and the Secret Weapons expansion. Anyone else play this excellent FPS?

For me Battlefield got old really quick since there was way too much lag

Rainbow Six 3 remains my favorite shooter on the PC

I don't own secret weapon, but I'm gonna try the demo once I get DSL.

I want Bf: Vietnam expands on alternitive game types (although Conquest will always be there.) and new additions to the gameplay (You could disable certain parts of tanks, have special command posts, etc.)

I'd like to play it, but the demo didn't work on my comp, so I'm not holding my breath.
