Well, the thread doesn't seem like a total bust

Anyway, many of you (and like half of the anime-loving world) have said that GT is an unworthy sequel to DB and DBZ because it has less action. This is how I see it:
Dragonball - The series that's action, humor, and engaging story got us hooked.
DBZ - Though it started well with Radeitsu (Radditz for you dubbies) and the Saiya-jin (Saiyan) thing, it seemed to lack story, and seemed to be repetative with people coming to kill people and then they kill people, etc.
DBGT - Though I agree that it didn't have as much action (then again, it was only 64 eps), it had something that I think DBZ lacked major: story. I enjoyed the Bebi (Baby) saga, especially when Pan's sorrow turned Son Gokuh (Goku) in his Golden Oozaru (a golden abd more powerful form of the Saiyan monkey) to SSJ4 (Super Saiyan 4).
Oh well. Personally, I think DBZ was the worst of the three, yet it was still one of my favorite animes ever. Oh yeah, some major news! Those of you who don't wanna go buy the dubbed VHS/DVD's won't have to wait long to see GT - on November 7, a new meaning of the phrase TGI Friday will be created! Starting that day, and for the coming Fridays, Toonami will air GT. I don't really care...I think Funimation butchers every series it tries to dub (except Yu Yu - they did that well).
