Yes, but he's saying that no one would buy an X-Box to get the double pack, because if they wanted to buy a console for the games, then they would have already bought a PS2 to get them.

My brother decided to pick up an Xbox for the GTA pack, and got KOTOR as a bonus. (Which is a very nice game I might add). The Xbox double pack will result in a small increase in sales from people who have been fence sitting about a games system. This pushes them away from a PS2.

...not quite.

More as in, well I wanted that game, but already was going to buy an xbox.  With Manhunt coming out, if anything rockstar is trying to maintain their ps2 userbase, not push them away.

Well your right in the sense that the exlusitivity would help more, but he is right that its now its less of an insentive to get a ps2 if those were some of the big games you were interested that used to be only on the ps2.

I want to send tons of e-mails to developers saying

"BREAKING NEWS- GCN ISN'T KIDDY!!!"

They should quit worrying about porting GTA3 and VC to a so-called "kid's toy"
