Who knows Lingo Dog?
« on: September 02, 2003, 03:19:58 PM »
Lingo Dog is possibly one of the coolest people on the planet.  Not only is he COOL he is very wise.  In this thread (is that what you call this? I dunno.)  everyone should post sayings of lingo dog.  If you dont know Lingo Dog i pity you.

Lingo Dog once wrote this in a letter to a 17 year old drug addict: "children are the fut_ _e.  Know whats    missing? You are."

"USA Today has come out with a new survey: Apparently three out of four people make up 75 percent of the population."
David Letterman.

WhOAH!!!
I thought everybody lnew Lingo Dog.

I remember this one time, Lingo Dog was at a public dance and there were these poor kids with no partners.  Being the awsome dude he is he invited them all to dance with him.
Boys or girls.  Then he found them all partners.

later, when asked why he did it he replied:

"Why, because everybody is the same on the inside.  They have the same desires, wants,  needs.  Some people just put some away and others let them flourish.  Just because somebody is shy, that is no reason to stop being the person inside."

If you ask me, Lingo Dog is the best person ever to have lived.  And ever will.

Actually, on the insides we're all a bunch of organs and goo (and spit), but Lingo Dog's still cool.

I recall one time when he told me, "If you don't agree with me, you're wrong" and it has become my philosophy and my sig.  If you notice, one of his more "light hearted" quotes is a sig here,  "if you want the door closed, close the door"

Lingo Dog is cool.

I'm not being hostile- hence the use of @#$% rather than an actual swear word.

And what I meant is who is Lingo Dog- I've never heard of him in my life. I thought this thread was about Lincoln Logs at first.

If you don't know Lingo Dog, I'm sorry to tell you that you will never find out here.  Or anywhere.  Except somewhere.

Hey, I'm the only hostile one here

Still never heard of him.  And we're not all same on the inside.  I hate it when people think that. . . just make some loser feel better about himself rather than trying to let him be a better person.  The other sayings are good, though.  I might do a search on this. . . Lingo Dog. . . of course, I get the weird impression that you're all BSing me, too

Anyone heard of Don Hertzfeldt?  He offers no advice on life, but he makes some darn cool animations.

Who the heck is Tom Green?

Just kidding. (What the heck is termakin talking about?)

Lingo Dog is on like a completly different level than Thomas Green....dude.

But if you really don't know who he is, here are some things to discuss.

1.  Nacho cheese
2.  Those really small chainsaws
3.  (along the lines of small) bonsai trees, not to be confused with bonzi buddy.
4.  FLCL (stay as far away from this show as possible)
And the least important of all
5.  video games

I cannot believe that you would think this is BS.  Lingo Dog is as CardboadBox said a LEGEND!!!

You too KnowsNothing, you know the Dog is a true legend.  Remember the time when he helped you out with those kids beating you up at school and stealing your lunch money?  Remeber what he told you to do?  Thats right he told you to run away when you saw those horrible bullies.  He told you to run like there was no tommorrow.  You are still here aren't you?  You are alive right?  Lingo Dog is a great person and i am surprised not many people know of him, I mean come on he is FAMOUS!!!

Think hard everybody, you know Lingo Dog, think hard.

what?  Lingo Dog is a legend, I never said he wasn't.  what are you thinking?

and that story is the only BS here.  you know I was the bully and he helped the other kids out.

man, I admit it, i wasn't the bully, I was the one being bullied. But they didn't actaually steal my money, though, cause they were stupid.  they were like "gimme your lunch money, punk!"  and i was like (half sobbing), "But it's after lunch!"

But now I'm a better runner because of Lingo Dog.  Thanks!

I know you're not BSing me, but I still think you're BSing me.  I'm confused, and I am not going to reply to this thread again until I find out who this. . . Lingo Dog. . . person is.

Well, that's probably a lie, but I might try to find out.
