Morrowwind is a very cool gaming series.  Especially the newest installment (The Elder Scrolls III).
So tell me about your character and about good times you have had with the game.

Eh.  I had fun with the game for a while, but I got bored pretty quick.  My character is still level 2 and I haven't played the game in quite a while (I've had it for a few months).  Although the graphics are cool, the quests are dull, the battle system horrid and simplistic (real-time first-person RPG battles?  ugh...) and the music is repetitive.  It's a shame, really, as I had been looking forward to this one.  Also, keep in mind I'm not one of those people who seem to think any RPG without anime characters and giant robots (that is, PC RPG's) are unworthy and revolting.  Baldur's Gate II is one of my favorite games.

Still, it's hard to beat a game that lets you walk solemnly into a temple wearing a robe, buying books such as "The Lays of Artoboris III, part five" and then strip to your underwear and run around attacking women with a sword around for no reason.

Okay, so the battles aren't the best.  But the simple vastness of this game makes up for it.  It's huge not only in land size, but in options.  You can interact and steal almost every item in the game.  You want to steal that sword?  Go ahead, but make sure nobody sees you.  You want something really bad but you don't haver the money?  Kill the shopkeeper (one of my hobbies ).  Simple as that.

The more you practice skills, the better you become at them, thus you raise you "thief" level.  If you raise enough levels in skills, you character can raise a level, and you can shoose which skills to improve.  I like that.

Right now, I am a level 5, and I made my own class.  I am a theif working my way up to assassin.  I've played much of the game while steering away from the main storyline as much as possible.  I like that.

The music is repetitive, though of good quality.  The music is VERY similar to that in the Lord of the Rings movies.  IMO, it's a must have.

I definitly think that you should make your own class, it's much more fun that way.  You can be good at whatever you like.  The music is good, just keep the volume low.  real time battles are a bit of a drag, especially for novices, but you get used to it.

Ah, 'tis true, the main theme of Morrowind is very good and catchy (I could hum it right now) but it repeats through the entire game, which gets a little bit annoying.
