So he milked the Monster Hunter scapegoat dry and had to go to Diablo 3.

Guess he's saving the Minecraft scapegoat for later. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL :laugh;

Anyone up to play tonight?

Yes. After the intensive play sessions this weekend, I'm really into this game and want more. I'm in. Just need a third.....

I could probably use a nap but whatevs, let's play.

Stratos's addictions sure do jump around a lot. Will he ever land on a Tri Force Heroes addiction? Probably... when we want him to play Federation Farce...

Nah. Everyone on the forums will have played Fed Force and Tri Heroes by the time he's ready and then no one will want to play. It will be him and his wife looking for a third as is the Stratos Way.

Well, what the heck. I'm willing to play this four nights in a row. If you want to meet tonight, I'm up for tying to get through Dungeon 5 and it's challenges. If you haven't unlocked D5 on your map, we can go and play through the boss of D3 (which I think is the only one you did not beat when playing with Mop and I yet) and unlock it first.

Otherwise, I can't tomorrow and Thursday has been a recurring Federation Force night so I have to expect that to stay the same. So Friday would be the next night available for me.

3DS is due for an update and it is refusing to do so because it was so low on battery. Can't play online until it lets me update :-(

That would probably be easier for me to be PMed the Discord link if NWR has one, as I don't get to check the forums as often as I would like.

Anyone up for the Den of Trials in Triforce Heroes?

Admittedly, I'm nervous about doing it and having my connection fail well into it. On that subject, here's what my wireless router currently is: the Netgear AC750 Dual Band WiFi Router. Just wondering how that compares to others particularly Mop it up since she never seems to have any failure happening. If I'm going to get another router then I want to know what I'm looking for in that regard so as not to get something else and have that also fail.

If that's what you have then are you sure it's configured properly? Do you have it set to 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz? Are you sure your service itself doesn't have outages?

Have you done a speed test to find out what is your ping? If not, you can just search for "speed test" or "ping test" to find a test site.

Mine Internet is fiber optics which is more stable in general. The ISP provided the router which I think is Zyxel brand.

According to a site I just used, I have a 15ms ping, 80 Mbps download speed and an 8 Mbps upload speed. I'm afraid that means nothing to me.

Those speeds are fine (except the upload's slow, but that shouldn't cause drops). I'm thinking it's related to one of my other questions.

Well, I've been stymied logging into my router to check the configurations because I don't know what that answers are to my security questions or if I set up a username / password for it. So, I'm loving how I seem to have outsmarted myself right now.

I did a quick search and it seems other people have had this issue with both Netgear routers and also this model in particular. I would suggest performing a similar search and reading up on what other people tried to do to fix it, and maybe one of those solutions will work for you. A few I saw:

-Try changing the channel on which your network is broadcast.

-Check to make sure you have the latest / correct firmware installed, and if not, install it.

-If you haven't yet had it a year, they offer a one-year warranty. You could try getting a replacement and see if the new one works better.

Alright. I'm in. There's not a password I can think of that I can't later figure out to hack myself.

There is a firmware update according to my router login so I'm installing that now and will check on the speed.

Hooray! That could be something. Certainly won't hurt updating it.

When you do a search for wireless networks on your computer, how many do you find?

"Do you have it set to 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz?"

According to my router, I've got both speeds set-up and going. My computer isn't set up on the wireless network. I've got a cable going out from my router and into it and keep it wired. But when I look on my phone or a nintendo system for a wireless network then there are around 19 others that can be found including my own.

Wow, that's a lotta networks. That could be an issue. In that case, I'd try changing the channel of your network to something else. There is a way to detect which channels the other networks are using, but I forget how to do that.

Sorry I can't be more useful, I'm just going by what I remember from when I've had issues.
