Topic: Dragon Roost Cavern

Please Help? Thanks so much in advance. I am stuck in the Cavern. I looked at the cheat and says I need to ball up the centipeed and drop on a switch and I can get the key to open the door where the Dragon is. I cannot fins any switch in the Cavern. I looked everywhere. What am I doing wrong here. Please help if you can. I love this Gamecube. and The Zelda Windwaker. I am just really stuck now. Thanks so much for you alls help here....Harley

Could you tell me where you are in the dungeon?  Like, have you gotten the grappling hook?

Yes Bill, I do have the G Hook. There is a centiped  on the other side  of the lava pit. Then when you go up the stairs there is a huge door with a lock on it. I can't find a key or anything. I have tried everything in there.  Thanks Bill so much if you can help me. Right on.!!!!

Alright.  First of all you need to go back to that room that has the boss door in it.  Don't cross over.  Head out the door in the back(the one that leads outside).  When you are outside, head to the left(Link's left).  You should see a grappling hook post.  Grapple over and grapple the next 2 posts.  There will be a door.  Enter and you will eventually reach the room with the boss key.

If you get stuck in the room with the bridge:  cut the sides of the bridge and then walk around till the bridge breaks, allowing you access into a new part of the dungeon.

 One question. Is the Boss the little guys that come at you screaming trying to kill you with either that large knife or staffs? I see those everywhere I go and then I usually fight and kill them. Then that one big guy with the big set of teeth with that long staff and blade with the bright red tassles. Those are the only guys I have fought with so far. I made it so far. I can't believe I am so stuck here. Thanks again, Bill.. Much appreciative......Harley

You'll find the boss is the strangest looking creature you've ever seen. (and the hardest but it is remarkabley easy)  If you're familiar with poke'mon it sort of looks like a Kabutops.

Thanks shorty. I finally found the key. Oh man. This is hard man. WOW........I have been swinging and swinging and trying to crack this Lobster looking thing for hours now. I know I will eventually get it though. Is there some trick to kicking his butt??. This sucker is hard man. Wow...... I sure have had fun with this game though. Too cool man. you have to use the grappling hook on the dragons tail ( which is hanging from the ceiling ) . That will cause a huge rock-like thing to fall on the Boss. Do it 3 times and its armor will shatter. Then just go down and open up a can of whoop ass.
