perhaps thats the problem, these sort of games have never graced the gamecube, the only one that comes to mind is parapa the rapper 1 on n64, and how many people would have gotten that? (im trying to hunt down a copy

) and so most nintendo exclusive gamers wouldn't necessarily played dance/rythem games and so 1) wouldn't think to much of it, 2) not have much interest in it at all, i know i haven't played any of these sort of games before, never played a DDR, never a samba de amigo, the closest i have come is a demo of parapa the rapper 2 on PS2 (whassup with the noodles?)
either way i would urge people to try this game, if you dont like it you dont like it, and there is nothing wrong with that, but allways be willing to try new things, lest the video game industry fall into depressing stagnation.
