Topic: Soul Calibur II for Arcades out already????

I was in an arcade the other day and I noticed that they had Soul Calibur II there. So I started bustin out the quarters. Wow I didn't know they already had it in the arcades. I played a guy who worked their and beat him like 12 times. it was cool. You can even save your game. So has any1 else played this what do u think about it?

Yeah, i've been playing it since last November i believe. The conquest mode is interesting; i wish they had retained it for the console versions.

im friends with the people who run it and im gonna make a list of all the arcade games they need to get and all the ones they need to get rid of.

I would if my city actually still had one.  Doesn't really matter to me anyway since all arcade games these days cost like a dollar to play and I don't feel like spending five bucks just to learn how to play a game.  Especially when I used to get the same amount of play time for $1.25.  People always talk about how console technology catching up to arcade game technology killed the arcade industry but I think it was just the fact that games no longer cost only a quarter.

I hope it's been out for atleast a year.
I played Soul Edge in the arcades back in 1995.
(Soul Edge is what the series was originally called before they changed the name to Soul Blade for the PS1 version)

Soul Calibur 2's been in the arcades for a loooooong time. I play it all the time at my mall, especially since the EB I preordered SC2 at gave me 3 free plays at the arcade.

yeah wayne states arcade has had soul calibur II in the arcades since the beginning of 2002.  I used to play it everyday but I dont have time now.
