Question about skillz cube connector PS2 controller thing...
« on: August 03, 2003, 09:32:14 PM »
I would love to get one of the logitech steering wheels......  The problem is, I want one for both Gran turismo and F-zero/mario kart.....  Is there any chance a PS2 wheel hooked to a gamecube through the controller adaptor would work like its supposed to, force feedback and all?

well i dont know about the Logitech ones, but i know madcatz ones (if that brand exists beyond australia) have leads for all 3 consoles. but uhm, i guess it should work, what you suggested, perhaps anyone around with both pieces of hardware could check?

Yes, MadCatz exists outside of Australia. They are one of the leading 3rd party accessory companies here in the US.

I've got an adapter.... it's kinda flaky. All of the DS2's buttons are analog, so you have to press them pretty hard for the Gamecube to see them. -_- I don't have a steering controller, though. I mean, no gimmick controller can match the awesome power of the POWER GLOVE.

Hey, I want to see an updated Power Glove for the cube.
