I think....

Well I think that it would be really cool to be Zelda instead of Link in a game. I mean every game we are Link and being Zelda for a change would be awsome. Who agrees and disagrees?

You did play as Zelda in two very obscure Zelda games for the CD-i, I believe. They sucked, though, and weren't made by Nintendo (Phillips forced them to give them the rights after Nintendo backed out of a deal with Phillips to make a CD add on for the SNES).

I dont know if a game where you were Zelda all the time would be good. I did like how there were cooperative dungeons in WW so you got to be Makar and Medli. I think it would be nice if you got to do one dungeon with Zelda either solo or cooperative the the next game.

I also like how you could become people in MM. It just gives a little different perspective of the game.

Yeah! Exactly. I mean sure MM wasn't like Oot at all and not that good of a game compared to all the others, but it was still fun! And you get to be other characters and have a whole bunch of awsome masks. And in MM you get to see what it's like to be a deku scrub, goron, and zora. It was awsome! So i'm just saying that it would be cool if like you can pick who you want to be in the begging of the game or something and each character would have like a different specialty. That would be so cool!!

Yeah actually that would be cool. But would it be consided a Zelda game? And not just an extra game like Tetra's Trackers?

Sounds like you want an actual Zelda RPG if you ask me.  I think it would actually work with Zelda's cast of characters and story progression style(town, dungeon, town, dungeon, etc), but it likely won't happen.

Adventures of Link had an RPG-esque setup, I believe (it's been so long since I played it and I lost the cart ). You traveled from town to town, got experience points and leveled up.

I think the Zelda universe is a good setting for a traditional RPG. You could have a party of different characters, and they each give special abilities to the party depending on what race they are.

He means the Zelda world in general, not a game called Zelda Universe.

hehehe
the 'game goes here' universe is a term used to describe an entire series of games and the characters/locations in it, like i could say you could set a good RPG in the sonic universe for example (i dont know if you could or couldn't, ive barely played sonic games, just using it for an example)

a game where you could be zelda for a part would be fun, say link had to goto X to retreive Y and the guards woudln't let him past, so he goes to zelda and she uses her royal right to enter and do stuff. though something tells me we will get to play as tetra/zelda in WW 2
