Topic: seribii/celebi glitch found i tink

while i was walking in grass near vermillion city i remembered i had to do something and pressed start and st menu poped up and a trainer was in view. i flew and tried to talk to a person but couldn't i battled someone and won. i went to johto and approached ilex forest and a lv. 6 seribii/celebi because st menu popped up and i press B. i accedently killed it and i couldn't get it again
well thats why i made this topic and hav u found any ways to catch seribii/celebi?(similar way to catch mew)
