If we're going to die, I want you to know something. I was in the pharmacy a while ago. There was a really good-looking pharmacist behind the counter. Really good-looking. I went up and asked her where the cough syrup was. I didn't even have a cough, and I almost bought it. I'm talking about a completely superfluous bottle of cough syrup, which costs like six bucks.

The issue here is that there was no explosion or any sort of fanfare that would properly mark this occasion. Therefore, this brings into question the status of the players currently in the game. If this simple declaration is meant to be my death, why is it so basic? Is the host simply not in control of the game?

You must understand the conundrum this causes. Prior games have showcased the inability of the host to manage the living and dead lists, which also means that I could very well be still alive. Even Soren could still be alive! We are certainly dealing with a problem of some serious magnitude, and it will only serve to expand unless it is addressed right now.

Dysfunction such as this situation here can tear down the walls of trust constructed between the users of this forum. We cannot tear down those walls of trust.

Did I ever quit? No, not at any moment did I leave the game. In fact, I was adamant in practicing my strategy and digging into the very inner core of this particular game. It was the modern-day hyperbolic time chamber, if you will, though with much more at stake.
