I dont remember the site, but in one of the episodes this guy dragged his Gamecube for about 5 minutes, then shot a few bottle rockets at it. They hooked it back up and the thing still worked! Then after that they put 4 M-120s on all sides and blew the crap out of it, then buried it.

Not have I seen such destruction of an expensive piece of consumer electronics since that Sega fanboy at Daily Radar tossed a PS2 out a second story window then rolled over it with his car.

I recall, back in the days of the N64, either Sega or Sony liked to show a commercial in which people shot N64 consoles into the air and shot them as clay pigeons, which appeared very childish in contrast to Nintendo's advertisements that refrained from such immature nonsense.  Sure, Nintendo could have turned around and shown commercials of people taking a big healthy dump in a PSX, but that would have been so... Sony-ish.

If whatever I just posted sounds rude/hateful/whatever then you probably read it wrong, but I will insert apology here, anyways, just in case.

i don't remember the exact site, but i remember pgc posted a link to the site when the sp first hit the streets in japan.  if you check out the news archives i'm sure you can find it.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

PIAC- That used to be a law, I believe, but they eventually repealed it. All that's required now is a disclaimer saying you're not in any way associated with the product you're bashing.

I haven't actually seen the commercial, but I think it was Sega- Sega was very famous for slandering Nintendo (does what NintenDON'T). I also remember Sega releasing an odd expressing their "condolences" over Sony's PS2 shipping problem, to which Sony replied appropriatley. Odd how everyone says Nintendo's the kiddy one.
