It would appear speed isn't a valuable asset to this game, not even nuclear-powered speed, as even though he missed the first game, he was the first one bombed in Game 2 and placed only 10th out of 13 in Game 3. After some clever guesses this game, including both avoiding the bombs and choosing a good bomb word to take out other players, he's finally made his way to the big times. Can his cunning carry him to victory, or will he, himself, get nuked?

Oh boy oh boy! Here's another contestant who missed a game (Game 2), and had poor showings in his other two games. In Game 1, he was the first one bombed, though this also gives him the distinction of being the first player eliminated in Safe Words, and then he showed some improvement by placing 9th of 13 in Game 3. Tired of loosing, he's also very much determined to take the crown.

What is there to say about UncleBob that hasn't already been said? Appearing in all three prior games and placing 2nd, 4th, and 2nd, this is the fourth time he's been introduced in a dramatic way like this. Quite possibly NWR's biggest Nintendo fan, and one of the biggest around, can this game's Mario theme help him finally achieve his long-awaited victory? Or will he remain the eternal understudy?

Despite his shyness, ShyGuy has never backed down from a game and bravely chooses words each time. Unlike the other contestants, his performance has only decreased until this game, placing 7th, 6th, and then dead last in the previous game. This time, with the help of his Kuribo's Shoe, he's prepped to stomp the competition. Will this underdog be able to triumph over the giants in true clichéd movie magic?
