Aw, that's great people! I've got more votes to be a mod than Beyond Good and Evil got to win the NFRIT never-ending madness challenge. I'm better than videogames!

I don't know where this came from since I haven't even posted that much and been pretty low-key for a couple weeks but it's great to know that I can still get people rallying behind me without even doing a thing. Huzzah!

I have to ask, though, what people would expect to happen if I were to become a mod? I mean, you must have some expectations or think I would create some kind of change if that were to happen. Or is that you just like me and view a mod job as a pat on the back for all the skippable blocks of text I post? So, what would you hope from a Khushrenada mod job?

Also, the poll question is wrong. It should read: Should Khushrenada become the Director of NWR? I don't want to start from the bottom and work up. Just make me El Presidente now and all your wildest dreams will come true.

Oh man. I hope Lucariofan99 didn't get a ban because of this. I don't know if he was actually nagging the mods about it. I see no warnings given to Lucariofan99 about this thread or pestering the mods in the moderation center.

Just when the forum was staying drama free for sometime. It figures. Yesterday, we have spambot threads practically all day in the forum because there were no mods around to delete them. Today, the mods are around and ban Lucariofan99 for some reason. Oh, how they can't catch a break.

Well, I wasn't interested in starting some other campaign on these forums but I guess I should support my fans. All 8 of them. (I know this from votes! It had a purpose after all!) Therefore, I publically protest this unjust treatment of an upstanding and semi-prolific poster of these forums, especially one who represents new blood which is something these forums need more of.

Lucariofan99 has received a three-day temp ban for spamming* my PM box (and through that, my e-mail) regarding something I clearly stated I had no involvement in.

As with any spammer, when I see the spam, the poster gets a ban.  In this case, however, it's just a temp ban.

*edit for the sake of clarity - "spamming", in this case, means sending multiple messages, one right after another, with no real purpose or intent.

Yes I am familiar with how this place works, I was a long time lurker before joining, I used to listen to the podcast a lot but lost time. As an aspiring broadcaster myself that was what drew me here but now I am moving into other things.


I wasn't being serious I would not want to be a mod. I didn't realize it mods were added by votes I thought they had to be staff or picked by the staff.
