Guys,

Perhaps I'm crazy.  I need help evaluating something...

Lately, I've been playing some Pokemon X.  I recently encountered Dedeene.  It's a very cool, Pokemon.  However, something about its call has been bugging me ever since I ran across it.  It's a sound that I know I've heard before.  In fact, it's one I've heard a lot of.  I tried Googling it, but I found nothing at all.

Well, last night, it finally hit me.  I had heard this sound many times before when hungry Lumas squeaked at me in this same(?) way begging me for star bits.  Do you agree?

Just watch that for a second.  On the 3DS on the right, a Dedeene appears with it's call at the 10s mark (linked).

Just watch that for a a bit too.  At the 16s mark (linked), you'll hear the Luma's call.

Hmmmm...

Agreement on this?  I'm just glad I finally know what the sound reminded me of.  At the very least, I hope this helps others...

I'm surprised that Nintendo has not done more crossovers with pokemon. Give references to them in other Nintendo games. I'm surprised there was no Pokemon accessories or furniture in Animal Crossing. Heck, they should make a Pokemon themed AC game where all of the items are based off of the game. You could even have Pokemon be the villagers and you move into a Pokemon Village and branch it off as it's own cross sub-genre or AC and Pokemon.
