I guess this goes to show that Conker is not as popular as Rare would like us to believe.  I voted for Yoshi because he just oozes with coolness.  Conker has no relevance, and I predict his Xbox game will not sell well.

Only 4000 votes so far for the current battle, but I BEG you people to vote for Felix.  Don't let the Master Chef beat him!

i'm actually really surprised felix is doing so well.  this is turning out to be more of an 'xbox vs. not' match than 'master chief vs felix'.  oh well.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

another thought:  regardless of who wins, they'll (most likely) be demolished by aeris in the next round.

I had Master Chief down as winning in my bracket, and it appears to be the first right choice I've made in like 3 rounds. I still voted for Felix though, and it's cool that he's actually holding his own against the title character of the XBox.

Probably Master Chef, but since he hasn't been listed as the winner yet, I am assuming that they are going to be doing a recount.

actually, zero is winning.  i wouldn't have guessed that.

5 years ago scropion would have demolished just about any takers.

I voted for Scorpion in the current battle, because I don't really care about either character, and Scorpion was the underdog.

EDIT:  Crap!  I picked Scorpion for my bracket.  I have so lost this tournament.

sorry folks, master chief has officially won his round 1 match.
i don't think he stands a chance against aeris though.  she's got mad skillz.

Aeris has this mad following that Master Chief will never have, and he will die a horrible death when he goes up against her.  Even though she is dead she is a very popular zombie.

Personally I was never really all that attracted to Aeris.  Terra, Rosa, and Selphie were the ones that really did it for me.    Still, there is just no question that she is better than Master Chef.

I agree with you on Aeris, Grey.  I preferred Rosa and Celes most above all others, then Lulu, Quistis (sp?), and Dagger coming up last to round out the top 5.

Poor Captain Olimar.  Mario, you will have to take down your avatar because he is going to loose!

Olimar was doomed from the moment the contest started.  Much the same as AiAi, Tom Nook, Raiden, Knuckles, and Lara Croft.

Ninja, don't be mean to me!  I will be back next year armed with a machine gun and rocket launcher!  Seriously...

I find it funny that Raiden is against Soild Snake in the first round.  Konami's way of saying sorry to its fans?

UK gamers are about the only people I know who haven't clued in yet that Tomb Raider sucks.  I really don't know what's up with that.

wow, shadow's actually beating wario...didn't see that one coming.  i had no idea about the little guy's popularity.  it's a shame too; i was looking forward to a mario vs wario battle in the next round.
