Destiny, the newest game by Bungie, may be coming to the Wii U.

When looking through the official pre-order page, Gamnesia found Wii U listed in the code for the page among other not yet announced platforms.

It is also possible that all platforms may have been listed by Activision by default, a publisher that supports major platforms. So far Destiny is only confirmed for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Yawn. This may be awesome for a lot of people, but the teaser trailer did little for me.

I think this was debunked on NeoGaf as to not be an indication of the game coming but just something that was in the site code as suggested. The site is down at the moment but when it's up I'll link to the thread.

It's no secret that NeoGAF is generally anti-Nintendo, so of course they are gonna claim that this is not true.

NeoGAF does have something of an anti-Nintendo vibe, but they also have people who know things. My question is if it's just a standard thing why doesn't it also say 3DS?

Even without knowing about this source code, I would think the chances of this game being on Wii U are pretty high. The game will be on PS360, so obviously the Wii U can run it, and the game is being published by Activision. They put out everything on everything. It's just what they do.
