I wish there was an easy way to see what games offered pre-order bonuses. I'd buy a lot more sooner that way to save the dough. I wish they had an app or something that showed all of the current deals on the titles in your wishlist.

Other websites do that for you. I check lightningdeals.com regularly. It's not organized, but just search the page for "game" and you'll find all the deals. The associated lightningdrops.com tracks prices over time, so you can see if the deals are really special or not.

Fry's could be a West coast thing. Though they are few and far between here. The nearest one to Portland when I lived there was 45 mins away and the closest one to where I live now is 30ish.

got an email this morning from amazon, apparently all of today's (16 Feb 2010) gold box deals will be for the wii. the first one is a game called "walk it out" so i am not entirely hopeful about this venture...

The Biggest Loser sold out in under 10 minutes! And it wasn't even that great of a deal--maybe like $10 off the normal price. The games might be for you or me, but someone sure was buying them.
