Cave Story 3D vs. Cave Story DSiWare

So, if I plan on getting Cave Story 3D should I still get Cave Story on DSiWare? If so, why?

If you want to play with the original graphics and sound, yes you should get it on DSiWare since the developers have confirmed that the DSiWare version will not be included with the 3D version.
