Topic: Golden Sun: LA Whirlwind Psynergy

Can someone tell me the proper combination of Djinn I need (and with whom) to acquire the whirlwind psynergy?  I'm stuck in Air's Rock and I forgot how to get the whirlwind.

Sheba should have whirlwind when you begin the game.  Give her either all wind Djinni or have none set.

At the start when you encounter Ivan go into an easy battle and he should already have whirlwind and mind read as default psynergy. (I have an Australian PAL version) In combination with all wind djinn (have them preset and already assigned) Ivan can be a valuable allie with powerful gusts of force and power!

Sheba can 'lose' whirlwind, I am busy trying to find out how to get it back. I think it may be linked either to specific gear that I sold somewhere or to some combination of Djinni.

update :

Got whirlwind back, not sure if it was from giving the Fog Djinn back to her, removing her Demon Mace, removing her Blessed Robe, or removing her Safety Boots.

Definitely don't have the Mysterious Card equipped.

update further :

If you lose Sheba's whirlwind, un-equip all of her gear, give her the Fog Djinn, and the re-equip everything except items which change her class, such as the Mysterious Card or the Tomegathericon.

Forget all that other stuff, just make sure Sheba does not have any non-Jupiter Djinni 'set', otherwise she loses Whirlwind.

maybe you have her class still changed by that whip thingie do you have it equipped? i had the same prob, and i figured i had that whip equipped on her.
