New Kirby TV Wii Channel Coming to Europe
« on: June 22, 2011, 08:03:37 PM »

Kirby TV episodes will be coming to Europe, Australia and New Zealand via the Wii.

Starting 23 June, 2011, Nintendo of Europe will be launching a new Wii channel that will let users view over 50 episodes from the Kirby TV series.

The channel will be updated twice a week over a six month period. New episodes will be available every Monday and Thursday, the episodes will be able to be viewed for two weeks, before being put back in the archive. Episode one will be permanently available, so people can see how the series started. It is currently unknown if it will be possible to watch episodes from the archive at will, but Nintendo is saying to keep an eye on the channel, as this may be possible.

The Kirby TV channel will be available to the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Greece, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Australia and New Zealand.

Most of the episodes will be available in English, German, French and Italian, although Nintendo notes there will be some exceptions.

It would be nice if it came to the 3DS and the Wii, so it could be portable too
