Site staff on break?
« on: December 10, 2010, 07:40:07 AM »
Just seems like there haven't been many updates this week. Just wondering if everyone took a break. There isn't a lot of news, but thought NPD would warrant a post, among a few other things.
Nintendo ID: XCWarrior
3DS code: 1289-8376-3350. PM me if you want to swap.
Steam and backloggery.com are also: XCWarrior

Just read the forum(NPD is in the sales thread), the news will make it there eventually. Site staff aren't paid you know, and it's a very busy season for just about everyone, so I'm guessing updates will come when there is more free time.

In addition to the usual holiday business, there really hasn't been very much newsworthy to report, at least compared to most other months.

QFT.

But yea, that's most of the reason we're a little bit slow. December's usually a slow month in the industry in general.

We'll have relevant news stories and reviews trickling in over the month, but it's going to be laid back until January due to the ebb and flow of the industry. Throw in the busy holiday season, the fact that we're volunteer, and that's why the site is slow this time of year.

From a personal standpoint, I spent this entire weekend doing family holiday stuff, so my usual time to catch up with NWR stuff was reduced.
