Just wanted to let you guys know that the audio quality for this episode is great. The volume levels seem to be much improved too. Well done.

Thanks OneTwenty!   We took a few extra steps to make it sound better, so I'm glad it paid off.

Durring the disscussion of WWE Smackdown vs Raw you mentioned how the game goes insane in saying that it's in HD even though you're playing it on the Wii. But in fact that's how it's like on WWE tv since the WWE moved to HD last year and yes the audio was perfect in this episode.

Audio is indeed great. However, I really dislike Zach's mic. He always seems to fade in and out.

I've heard that a few times, but I never notice it while editing.

Do you think if I just made his audio louder across the board, that would help, or would it get too loud at points?

When Zach cracks up we would have some ear-splitting moments.
Bless you, my child.

Like everyone else says, the audio quality here was great. And the content of the episode was top-notch as well. I certainly wish them all the best of luck with the avalanche of holiday releases.
This is where I would write something witty or funny if I had any ideas.

I don't understand how it fades in and out. I'm using a headset, so it's kinda stuck in place. I mute the mic whenever I'm not talking.
This would be my PSN Trophy Card, but I guess I can't post HTML in my Signature. I'm the pixel spaceship, and I have nine Gold trophies.

It's kind of like you move toward the mic to start talking and then quickly start to move back. If you're using a headset, it's possible the program is automatically adjusting the volume down after you start talking. Assuming you're usng Skype, I would check the volume setting there, since it's possible you have auto-volume adjustment on (which is good) but have the volume slider below the input meter too far to the left (which is bad). As a result, the volume is good to start, but then Skype adjusts it to be much softer. Just a theory.

By the way, how much dynamic range compression are you using?
