This isn't on the list, and I'm fairly positive that Capcom is gonna do it, but...

Gimmie a Monster Hunter Portable on the 3DS, and I will RARELY take that cart out of the system. Guaranteed.

Resident Evil Revelations
Ninja Gaiden
Kid Icarus

I am still on the fence in regards to Star Fox and OoT 3DS. I would really like to have a credible LoZ game on the go, but I have to wonder if having the OoT game on the VC isenough for me? The 3DS demo looked good and I will probably buy it, but not if it is too much money.

Ninja Gaiden was on my list until I realized that Kid Icarus had to be on there as it's been a LONG time. I feel the same about Star Fox and OoT 3DS. Is this going to be the time to re-release N64 games as re-makes and print more money? Wait and see.

Kid Icarus: Uprising (I never played the NES or GB games, but the E3 trailer was awesome)
Paper Mario 3D (assuming it ends up being more than just a tech demo)
Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition

I have to admit that I would consider playing Metal Gear Solid 3D: Snake Eater though.

Super Smash Bros. 3D - Once Masahiro Sakurai is done with Kid Icarus, throw him back on another Smash game. This guy just has a knack for touching a franchise and helping Nintendo print more money. Since he in part helped with the development of the 3DS, give him a challenge...to top the Brawl that ended them all.

1-3: Resident Evil Revelations

Ugh, get Sakurai the hell away from Smash Bros. Let him work on something completely new. While Brawl wasn't a bad game, it was basically Melee+ so if that was the best he could do when given free reign and no deadline, I'd rather he do something else and let someone else try their hand at a Nintendo fighting game which doesn't even need to be a Smash Bros. sequel. I know not everyone shares my opinion of Brawl, but it made no major strides and I, frankly, got bored of it.

And yet the rest of the internet does nothing but b!tch about Brawl being too different from Melee.  Hell Smash Boards, the largest Smash Bros message board on the internet has been hacking the game for the last 2 years in order to make it play exactly like Melee.  If Nintendo were to listen to what most of the haters had to say, then the next Smash Bros would be even more similar to Melee then Brawl is.
I’m gonna have you play every inch of this game! - Masahiro Sakurai

I have been wanting a OoT remake for years, so that is a must. The Star Fox remake would be great too.  Looking at the list, I saw there is going to be a 3D Super Monkey Ball?  I hope it is as good as the first game on Gamecube.  The latest ones have been nice, but......they have something missing IMO.

I would really like to see NEW games for the 3DS and not just a bunch of remakes of old games though. I know their out there, but I want to see more of them.

Yeah, I heard about that. I don't get it though. If you want a game that plays like Melee.... play Melee. In any case, I'm not sure a Smash Bros. game would work on a handheld, especially when the camera pans out. I guess you could just have smaller stages, but that's not really in the spirit of the series (it's limiting).

Now, when can we see more of Resident Evil Revelations?

These are the three games I want to be for Wii:

Kid Icarus Uprising
Pilotwings Resort
Steel Diver

I agree. I think Sakurai lost sight of his goals with the original game, as Brawl is nothing like the Nintendo 64 game. In some ways the original game is still the best, I wouldn't mind seeing a return to that style with loads more multiplayer features and no single player modes to clutter it up.

The novelty of Smash Bothers was awesome, but three games is plenty. Now it's all getting too cluttered and contrived. I'd love to see franchise-specific versions, such as one for Mario, one for Zelda, etc. Those series all have a lot of characters and locations that I'd like to see, but none of it would be included in a game that tried to incorporate every Nintendo franchise. They could even make each version with a different development team and see how they turn out.

And yet the rest of the internet does nothing but b!tch about Brawl being too different from Melee.
I think it's because they didn't like some of the changes, such as the slower speed, much more randomized gameplay, and the removal of advanced techniques. If the game actually were Melee+ it would've gone over better with that little niche community. Though what was Melee if not a + version of the original?

I'm excited to see how they bring Kid Icarus to the modern day. We really haven't seen much of it yet, but I can't wait to see more. I'm also really excited to see what they do with Animal Crossing; maybe I'm getting my hopes up too high, but it sounds like they're going to make significant changes this time. For my third game, I'm going to write in the new tactical turn-based game from the creator of X-COM that he announced in the last couple days.

People (especially the "hardcore" audience) just like to bitch and moan. They are the same ones who think that tournaments should have the weapons turned off (even though that would be like playing a FPS with no weapons, it misses the main focus of multiplayer). Brawl was the best of the series, my only real complaints were the tiny Final Destination stage (I like Melee's version) and that they nerfed Samus by making her weaker than her Melee version. You talk about removing advanced techniques, if anything Brawl added some. Besides the fact that being random is half of what makes the Smash games fun, a good player can still win (you suck if you can't win with stuff like items on and other random things).

I liked the slower speed myself, Melee was too fast. But I felt Melee had the perfect balance of random elements, whereas Brawl takes it too far with the overly contrived stages and random tripping. I'm not a "hardcore" or tournament player so there are definitely issues with the game outside of that sect, but I don't want to get into it because this thread isn't about the game.

Name them.
